Intern Apprentice Professional

The WIOA Deputy Account Manager will serve as a liaison between KP and our partnerships with local Workforce Agencies supporting WIOA Training programs (including Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth populations) with the goal of expanding enrollment for KP programming. This position is essential in promoting KP’s philosophy for training, development and career management to stimulate signups. Requires passionate individuals with a commitment and can-do attitude that leads to results.

Medicaid / Medicare Personal Care Assistant Full Time Part Time

Location: MD, DC, VA, CT

Apprentice Professional

The Medicaid / Medicare Personal Care Assistant provides a variety of supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. A person centered and person directed approach is used to develop a unique support system for each client. Kinetic Potential provides a range of support services in order to support people to pursue and achieve their desired outcomes: Community Learning Services, Family and Personal Supports and Day Habilitation services.

Instructors - Trainers - Tutors Full Time Part Time

Apprentice Professional Executive

KP Tutors facilitate distance learning courses to cohorts of 3-8 students (grades K-12) in math, reading, language arts and science. A typical course is 1-2 hours in duration, delivered 2-3 times / week and occurs between the hours of 2pm – 9pm. KP Tutors are academic mentors responsible for improving the academic performance of their assigned students in accordance to their individual learning plans. KP Tutors are expected to contribute to the ever-growing Kinetic Potential Learning Curriculum.

Intern Apprentice Professional Executive

The KP Apprentice –Lead Executive is a member of the KP Scholars management team responsible for the successful execution of a local KP Scholars project to 25 k-12 youth utilizing a team of 5 college students as KP Mentors.  The KP Apprentice –Lead Executive provides strategic direction and oversight across all activities associated with their assigned KP Scholars’ project.  The ultimate measure of success for the KP Apprentice –Lead Executive is expected project outcomes (i.e., increase in student academic performance, meeting financial targets, customer satisfaction, etc).   

KP Apprentice –Lead Executives receive ongoing professional development in the areas of Program/Project Management, Customer Service, Technology (i.e., CRM, CMS, KP Mentoring and Learning Technology), Marketing and Youth Services.
